At Young Kingz Academy, our mission is to transform the lives of young men affected by the juvenile justice system, parental incarceration, and under-resourced environments. We provide holistic education in computer literacy, financial empowerment, construction trades, and entrepreneurship,preparing them to achieve stability, independence, and purpose while becoming positive contributors to their communities

impacted by incarceration, poverty, or systemic barriers.
We're dedicated to sharing knowledge and expertise with the world, yet have a concentration on Waking-Up disadvantaged young men and aligning them on a progressive course to receive all the benefits Young Kingz Academy has to offer. While undergoing a significant transformation to being recognized as Young Kingz ultimately becoming the Kingz they are meant to be.

"We’re a family of educators, entrepreneurs, workforce specialists, and mentors with over 34 years of combined professional and lived experience. Our team understands the challenges young men face and provides transformative tools in entrepreneurship, apprenticeships, agriculture, and technology to build success, stability, and self-determination for every Young King.
Focusing on the best skills to help young men establish solid and structured foundations that promote sustainable futures, we begin with Intervention Model Services emphasizing on individualism and collectivism. While equipping them with the tools needed for self-sufficiency.
Community Violence Intervention Model with Trauma-informed care through alterative based healing is a key for Crisis intervention and safety planning.
Digital literacy fundamentals and computer skills are essential in being successful in every aspect of life today .

Placement Testing Prep & Placement
As a teenager, at just 17 years old, Robert "Bobby" Pittman was delivered a LIFE+15yr prison sentence. Yet, after serving 24 years, with lots of support and self-advocacy, the Juvenile Restoration Act (JRA) of 2021 gave him his FREEDOM back in 2024. Bobby is now a 2025 graduate of the University of Baltimore.
